Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience at 6KIOM. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable.

1. Products Eligible for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in 100% original condition.
• All tags, manuals, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must not fall under the Non-Returnable Items category.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Base layers & innerwear
• Clearance or discounted products
• Electronics, intercoms, or lights
• Oils, lubricants, and cleaning chemicals
• Spare parts that are opened or installed

Sale, Clearance & Discounted Products:
Products purchased under a sale, clearance, or discount offer are not eligible for return or exchange. However, in the case of a manufacturing or product defect, the return may be considered after inspection and verification by our team. Returns or exchanges due to size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not eligible.

3. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed for the following categories:

• Riding jackets
• Riding pants
• Riding boots
• Gloves (unused only)

Conditions:

• The product must be in mint condition.
• Customers must ship the product back to our store.
• Forward shipping charges apply for the exchanged item.

4. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the following details:

• Order number
• Photos and videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Replacements will be arranged based on assessment.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Orders cancelled before dispatch
• Items that are out of stock
• Return requests approved by 6KIOM

Refund Mode:

• Original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / Net Banking)
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back for returns or exchanges.
• The product must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
