Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed next working day

2. Shipping Partners
We ship through leading logistics partners such as:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Amazon Shipping / India Post (for selected pin codes)

3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote / North East / J&K: 6–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may apply during promotions

5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link is shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if enabled)

6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually make 3 delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
Reshipping charges apply for re-dispatch.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India.

8. Damaged Packaging
If you receive a package that is torn/tampered/open, please record a video while opening and report immediately to [email protected].
