We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Prices, availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.
• Some products may have limited quantities.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order indicates your intention to purchase the selected products.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Orders may be cancelled due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and Snapmint.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics partners. Detailed shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.

• Orders placed before 12:30 PM will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders placed on a Sunday, public and/or government holiday will be processed on the next working day.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Only eligible products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Exchange is available with a shipping fee of ₹300–₹500, based on your pincode.
• Exchange is possible only if the stock is available.
• No exchange on balaclavas, base layers, or socks.
• Products must be in saleable condition with all tags, labels, stickers, and manuals intact. Exchange is subject to the condition of the product.
• No exchange on discounted/sale products. No warranty/guarantee on discounted/sale items.
• Products purchased on order from importers/vendors are not liable for exchange as they are purchased after confirmation of size, colour, and availability based on input from the customer. Any decision is subject to management's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, product descriptions, text, and design— is the intellectual property of 6KIOM or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

6KIOM shall not be responsible for:

• Incorrect or improper use of products
• Delays caused by courier partners or external factors
• Losses resulting from website downtime, errors, or technical issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
