The LS2 MX701 Explorer Carbon is engineered as the perfect trail and long-distance adventure helmet, delivering maximum safety with the ultra-light and impact-resistant carbon fiber shell. Designed for all terrains, it features excellent ventilation, an adjustable and removable peak, and a wide scratch-resistant visor that includes a Pinlock Max Vision anti-fog system. An internal sun visor ensures clear visibility in bright riding conditions.

Built using LS2’s advanced manufacturing technology, the helmet offers exceptional impact absorption, a wide field of vision, and a lightweight structure thanks to its carbon outer shell. The improved Dynamic Flow-through Ventilation system, along with the new Liner Air Intake at the front, ensures continuous airflow between the liner and EPS for all-day comfort.

Versatility is a key advantage of the MX701; the peak can be removed and the mount points sealed using the included plugs, making it suitable for both road touring and off-road adventure riding. Certified to ECE 22.06 and Indian BIS ISI standards, it ensures high-level safety performance.

The MX701 Explorer Carbon features a lightweight carbon shell available in three shell sizes, designed with a long-oval head shape for a comfortable and secure fit. Weighing approximately 1450 ± 50 grams, the helmet meets ECE 22.06 and Indian BIS ISI certification standards.

The visor is made from 3D optically correct “A Class” polycarbonate for maximum clarity and high impact resistance. It includes a scratch-resistant and UV-resistant coating, an internal sun visor, and a Pinlock Max Vision anti-fog lens provided in the box.

Comfort is enhanced with a removable and washable liner, laser-cut foam, breathable and hypoallergenic materials, a chin curtain, and recessed pockets for installing a communication system.

The helmet ensures strong protective performance through a multi-density EPS liner, reinforced chin strap, metal security plate, and double D-ring closure. Cheek pads include an emergency release system for additional rider safety.

The ventilation system consists of chin vents, top vents, and exhaust vents working with the channeled EPS to maintain steady airflow and prevent heat buildup during long rides.
